Running is not the only type of exercise.  Consider trying Tae Bo, swimming, or even yoga.  If you do use low impact exercise for the fast weight loss plan you will have to exercise longer than if you were running or doing Tae Bo.

Adequate water intake is another step in the fast weight loss plan.  You need to drink plenty of water when you are trying to diet.  You might think that you are drinking enough with six to eight glasses a day, but when you want to lose weight you have to drink more.

The general rule is to take your weight, divide it in half, and this is the amount of ounces you should drink in a day.  Good nutrition and sleep are other factors in the fast weight loss plan which will have you losing weight quicker than before.
